We have been maintaining Shrike commander series aircraft since 1974, Our
Maintenance department has developed a special Approved Aircraft
Inspection Program or AAIP that has been certified by the FAA for maintaining
our aicraft. This inspection program is broken up into four phases that are
spaced out each 60 hours of flight time. Which means that we do an annual
inspection every 240 hours versus most operator''s do an inspection only
once a year and do minor inspections every 100 hours. Our inspection
program helps keep our aircraft in excellent condition and keeps our
reliability above 99.8 percent.
All of our aircraft when purchased are gone through and completely
overhauled by our avionics and maintenance staff prior to entering
service with our flight department. Our last aircraft to enter service had
new engines and props, new wiring, new paint, all new avionics
package, new windows and airconditioning system, new interior,
complete overhaul of all hydraulic components including all new fuel, oil
and hydraulic lines. All of this was completed before the aircraft ever
entered service with our customers. Safety is always our number 1
priority.
All aircraft are equipped with Garmin GNS 430W GPS
Comms, 3 TFE 136 digital FM radios, 3 Comm radios, AFF,
Terrain and traffic avoidance, HSI, 3 radio selector mixer
boxes, Avidyne EX500 MFD with Traffic, Terrain, Electronic
Charts and some with Radar and Stormscopes interfaced.
All Aircraft have Radio input adapters so that we can
program the FM radios with the push of a button from a
laptop computer. All aircraft are Air Conditioned and
equipped with Oxygen and some offer Turbocharging.
